间位芳纶织物的载体深色染色

摘要(Abstract):
为了提高芳纶织物的染色深度,减轻印染企业的环保压力,选取3种阳离子染料,利用自制的酰胺类载体,在高温条件下对间位芳纶织物进行染色,探讨各影响因素对间位芳纶织物染色效果的影响,并对染色工艺进行优化。实验结果表明:当染料用量为5.5%(owf)时,间位芳纶织物阳离子染料载体深色染色的最佳染色工艺为:载体质量浓度50~55 g/L, pH值4.0~4.5,染色温度130℃,氯化钠质量浓度40~45 g/L,染色保温时间50~60 min。该染色工艺条件下间位芳纶织物K/S值最高可达20.35;耐日晒色牢度可达3~4级;干、湿耐摩擦色牢度可达到4~5级;耐水洗的变色和沾色色牢度均可达到4~5级。
