基于碳减排的废旧棉纺织品增强复合材料研究进展Research progress on waste cotton fabrics as reinforcement composites based on carbon emission reduction

摘要(Abstract):
针对废旧纯棉纺织品回收利用率低的问题,文章介绍了废旧纯棉纺织品的处理、回收利用方式,重点介绍了废旧棉回收做增强体制备复合材料这一利用方式。一方面,阐述了废旧棉增强复合材料的性能研究现状,包括隔热性能、力学性能;另一方面,回顾了近年来废旧棉增强复合材料的技术现状,包括废旧棉的参数、废旧棉增强体与树脂基体之间的相容性问题。分析表明:废旧棉增强复合材料的隔热性能、力学性能良好,在交通、建筑等领域有一定应用价值;对废旧棉纤维进行化学改性整理可以增强废旧棉与树脂基体之间的界面黏合性,并有利于废旧棉增强复合材料的机械性能。
