三聚氰胺甲醛树脂/十四烷微胶囊的制备与封装率计算的优化Preparation of melamine formaldehyde resin/tetradecane microcapsules and the optimization for calculation of encapsulation rate

摘要(Abstract):
在相变材料的微胶囊化中,高封装率是保证微胶囊性能的前提,获得准确的封装率是评测封装性能优劣的前提。首先在三聚氰胺甲醛树脂/十四烷微胶囊制备的正交试验中,探索了pH值、初始反应温度对微胶囊包覆性能的影响。并以此为基础,通过热重分析(TG)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)的表征,优化了封装率的计算,以使其更贴近实际封装效率。实验结果表明:pH值4.5,初始反应温度75℃时,所制备的微胶囊拥有较高的封装效率(81.4%)和饱满的球形形貌。
